In a void of light, we witness Chaos emerging as an infant, creating birth and destruction at her flippant whim.
Historically, women have been depicted as evil and supernatural, by a misogynistic power structure, in order to rein in the woman’s power and keep her oppressed. Her unique biological functions, sexuality, intuition, and the ability to reproduce were painted bluntly as abhorrent qualities that needed to be snuffed out past their ability to please, or help fulfill the goals of, men. But what if women reveled in their perceived villainy? This depiction gives women agency, free will, and power.
